Shaping the Future of Particle Physics: FCC Week 2025 Comes to Vienna

19-23 MAY – FCC WEEK 2025 – HOFBURG VIENNA

The eleventh edition of the Future Circular Collider (FCC) Conference is set to take place from 19 to 23 May 2025, in the majestic Vienna Imperial Palace (Wiener Hofburg). This highly anticipated event will be the first major international gathering following the release of CERN’s Feasibility Study on the FCC — a comprehensive document assessing the technical, environmental, and economic viability of a potential successor to the Large Hadron Collider (LHC).

Published in March 2025, the FCC Feasibility Study lays the groundwork for future decisions in European and global high-energy physics. Its findings will feed into the next update of the European Strategy for Particle Physics, guiding the direction of fundamental research for decades to come. Against this backdrop, FCC Week 2025 represents a turning point: moving from study to action.
