Created and hosted by the ATS Quality Service, it is a two hours course providing participants with tips & tricks as well as awareness about typical pitfalls with regard to expressing needs and finding matching solutions. Being generic, it can be applied to any field of work, should you be on the need’s side or on the solution’s side. It is being receiving very good feedback since it started, 40 sessions and 4 years ago.

Interest for this training just went beyond the laboratory: in December 2024, the République and Canton de Genève signed a contract with CERN for a set of sessions, that will be held in their premises all along 2025. It is the result of a successful collaboration between the EN Department (hosting the ATS Quality Service), the HR Learning and Development group (having the training on its catalogue) and the IPT Knowledge Transfer Group (for the contract).
